The "Waterstone Way"
At Waterstone our business philosophy is simple. It involves supporting the travel advisor relationship with their client throughout the process from the initial enquiry through the booking process, and post stay experience with our members, regardless of booking channel! With our deep knowledge of our member hotels and destinations we make sure to match the client with the right hotel, room and service. We might also be able to recommend a preferred local restaurant or shop to enhance the experience even more! We ensure all your VIP bookings receive special benefits (including upgrades and in room amenities etc.), all with a note of thanks from you, our travel advisor partner. We troubleshoot and rectify any issues that might arise, and maintain communication with the travel advisor through the guest experience and after departure as required.
